All news shows have a weather man, or woman, They usually deliver pretty boring information, It's just weather, They say it's gonna rain or it's gonna be sunny and then tell you a temperature. This guy however manages to completely fuck it up, I don't know if he is a regular weather man or not, I don't think he is, He appears to be just some guy they pull in off the street to give the weather forecast. He has to be the worst weather man in history.
