When the stingray punctured Steve Irwins chest he tried to pull the barb out but unfortunately died. The camera man caught the whole thing on video and it was made public by the folks over at the Vewgle Video Forum.
Steve Irwin had wanted his death video made public, And according to the camera man making the video it was his dying wish.
