Starlings Swarm On A Tree

This video show what a flock of starlings can do to a tree.
In this flock there must be thousands of these small birds, and every few seconds every bird tries to land on the same two trees, The weight of the bird forces these trees to bend right over, nearly bringing the trees down, before flying off and making the trees spring back into position, only to do the whole thing over and over again.

Usually flocks of birds this large are only seen on nature shows, But here were have them being filmed in a residential area. [ VIA ]

Great starling footage! I suspect they're going after the bugs and spiders that live in the cedar trees. Amazing how they weigh down the tree! Love it1
