Horrifying!!! absolute child abuse, The parents should be prosecuted, you are not allowed to treat an animal like that, so why on earth are these 'parents' (if that's what you can call them) be allowed to treat this young girl like this. Absolutely sickening.

ok now you're getting pretty sick yourself... Putting a person in a cage doesn't seem like a reasonable thing to do to anyone. Just a good diet and exercise with medical supervision would be enough.
