Pluto the police dog is useless. His handler is pretty poor too. The criminal is not exactly Linford Christie. This has to be the worst police dog ever, the dumb mutt hasn't got a clue what he is supposed to be doing. I suspect this policeman may have bought the dog from a pet shop that morning and didn't realize the fucking thing needed to be trained.
