The Japanese are known for their pranks, But some of the pranks have to be illegal. I don't know how they get away with it. I remember seeing a prank where some guy went into a toilet, and in the middle of his dump then just tipped him out into the street.
These pranks involve a massage chair in a ski resort, The prank involves the victim sitting down in the chair, waiting for the countdown and then having the fright of their life. One of the funniest Japanese pranks i have seen.
